Dogs, Strollers, and Headphones

The City of Sandpoint has a rule against dogs in city parks.  Therefore, all dogs are strictly banned from the event.  No strollers are allowed on the course during the event due to the narrowness of the running path and safety concerns.  Headphones are not encouraged, but if you decide to use them, please keep the volume at a low level so you can hear other runners and instructions from course officials (especially at traffic intersections).  All runners are expected to practice proper running etiquette.  Our hope is that all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.
