Junior AchievementThe Education Committee launched the first-ever Junior Achievement (JA) program in several Lake Pend Oreille School District schools in the fall of 2007. Due to success, they are now seeking volunteers and their companies to sponsor spring classes and beyond. All money will go directly to Junior Achievement and will benefit youth of the Greater Sandpoint community. |

Serves as partners in building a comprehensive foundation to support lifelong education for the betterment of our community and growing workforce.
Programs & Services
- Organizes Junior Achievement to allow business leaders the opportunity to educate youth in the Lake Pend Oreille School District about the economics of life through hands-on and real world experiences.
- Coordinates Town Hall Meetings to galvanize community support and partnerships with the Lake Pend Oreille School District.
- Supports the Spirit of Education Award program to honor exemplary teachers.
- Develop and oversee Career Awareness in the Classroom which brings business leaders in the classroom to inspire youth.
